At Margot Fox, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. All of our colored gemstones, gold, sterling silver and gold plated items are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects of the product.

 

• Improper use of the product, such as wearing the jewellery while participating in activities that may cause damage to the product.
• Improper storage of the product, such as storing the jewellery in a damp or humid environment.
• Damage caused by dropping the product or other impact damage.
• Damage caused by the use of chemical lotions, perfumes, or other products that may come in contact with the jewellery.
• Other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship (including natural wear and tear, lost items or bent jewellery)
• Gold plating tends to fade with time and  it is not covered in the warranty.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at info@margot-fox.com within 2 years of the date of purchase, and provide a copy of the original purchase receipt. We will then work with you to repair or replace the item as needed.

Please note that repairs and replacements may take up to 9 weeks to complete. We want to ensure that we take the necessary time to thoroughly inspect the item and provide a comprehensive repair or replacement service.

To initiate a repair or replacement, the item with the fault will need to be sent to us for inspection by our technicians. Our experts will thoroughly examine the item to determine the root cause of the issue, which will help us to prevent similar issues in the future.

Please note that we reserve the right to make the final determination on whether a product is covered under the terms of this warranty.
